Almarshad Group Contracting Company (شركة مجموعة المرشد للمقاولات), based in Riyadh, is the contracting arm of Almarshad Holding, a Saudi group founded in 1969. Since its launch in 2004 it has become one of the largest contracting companies in the Kingdom, delivering government and private projects in buildings, mechanical and electrical works, and precast concrete.
Its precast concrete factory produces up to one million square metres a year and can design and manufacture bridge beams with spans of up to 50 metres, as well as GRC, GRG and GRP architectural elements. Projects include multi-storey car parks for King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, King Khalid University Hospital and Prince Sultan Medical City, Aramco villas, the Rawa residential complex for the National Housing Company, and the Makarem Al Nakheel Rixos resort.
